The Bundesverband privater Anbieter sozialer Dienste e. V. (bpa) , for example, with more than 13,000 active member facilities (including over 1,700 in Lower Saxony), is the largest lobby group for private providers of social services in Germany. Privately-run outpatient and (partially) inpatient care facilities, integration assistance and child and youth welfare services are organized in the bpa and are a systemically relevant part of public services. As a representative of a large part of the care landscape in Germany, the bpa is a reliable contact and negotiating partner for the responsible administrations, ministries and politicians at federal, state and local level.
The Metropolregion Hannover Braunschweig Göttingen Wolfsburg GmbH networks business, science and local authorities in order to strengthen the region as a strong living and economic area. In the field of healthcare, it initiates projects, acquires third-party funding and promotes innovation - for example with the projectsCoCareLab,One Click To Evidenceandthe annual HealthHack, an established hackathon format that now radiates beyond the borders of the metropolitan region.
The Lower Saxony Center for Biomedical Engineering, Implant Research and Development (N IFE) is a joint research facility of Hannover Medical School, Leibniz University Hannover and the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover Foundation. NIFE develops biological, biohybrid and biofunctionalized implants that are designed to replace lost organ functions or restore them through regenerative processes. The aim is to develop patient-specific, durable and safe solutions that integrate seamlessly into the surrounding tissue.
Digital Hannover promotes digital education - also in medicine. The aim is to communicate new technologies and scientific developments in an understandable way and thus strengthen society's digital skills.
Gesundheitswirtschaft Hannover e.V. is a cross-industry network in the Hannover region that connects companies, clinics, care facilities and educational and research institutions. The aim is to strengthen healthcare, prevention and innovation through cooperation and joint projects - so that people can live healthier lives and the healthcare industry can grow sustainably.

CAIMed is the Lower Saxony research center for artificial intelligence and causal methods in medicine.
